Alright, so I haven’t posted in a few days–been super busy, as well as forgetful–I still don’t have an updated weight. I completely forgot and then ate some breakfast today, and yesterday I was running a bit late and had about enough time to shower and jet.
How have I been doing? Well, I ate out this weekend, twice. Both times subway, both times delicious and both times well within my allotted points for the day! I had a but more diet pepsi than I would have liked, but brought my own snacks and drank lots of water the entire time we were away. I also let myself have a beer, but again, it was in my points allotment for the day.
I’m finding eating better is super easy as long as we keep the fridge stocked. I did a bit of grocery shopping last night and picked up a lot of snacks–I’m definitely tempted to snack at all times, so making sure that the only things within reach are good for me is a must.
How did i do on last week’s weekly goals? Let’s see:
Mini Goals for LAST Week:
- Eat breakfast every single day–it’s a routine that I really need to get into. FAIL! Forgot one day.
- Set up Gazelle in living room, use it at least three times this week. DONE!
- Do an entry in on iTracker for EVERY day of the week, not just week days. FAIL! Forgot on Sunday.
- Use my blender to make healthy alternatives to snacking. DONE! Though I’m out of bananas now.
- Do not eat after 8pm! FAIL! There were a few days where I totally did.
- Eat as much fruit and veggies as possible so they don’t go bad in the fridge. DONE!
- Keep the fridge stocked. DONE!
- Refuse to drink diet pepsi until I’ve had at least 2 big glasses of water that day as part of my ‘kick soft drinks’ plan. FAIL! But now I’m out of Pepsi and not buying any more.
- Remember to take medication twice a day. FAIL! I need to set an alarm or something.
- Do sit-ups every night before bed. FAIL! Totally keep forgetting. Maybe set an alarm for this also.
Okay, so not so great. Let’s make a new set of goals for this week:
- Set aside some slow cooker recipes and plan shopping around them. I wanna make at least one slow cooker meal a week.
- Take the Vitamin B6 capsules my mom gave me every day.
- Cut things on my shopping list that I will let go bad in the fridge.
- Exercise on the gazelle three times a week.
- Sit-ups once a day.
- Use my iWatcher every day starting today.
- Sit down and make a video blog next Monday.
